Learning Year 4 Friday 13th March 2015
This week
the children have been writing about features found in a Greek myth. For home
learning children should decide on an object that the gods might give their
hero that would be useful in his quest. For example: winged sandals, bow and
arrow, helmet, sword, lyre, cloak or an object that can be used as an oracle.
Children should write a paragraph of description to explain what their object
is, who gave it to them, what magical powers it contains and why it will be
useful.
Please note:
The children have already described one object in their class work but we would
like to see a second description.
