spellings to be tested w/c/ 2/5/17



Children found the spellings last week quite challenging. We are still working on the ous ending which means full of. Some words do not have an obvious root word as this has been "lost" over time. e.g. enormous has its roots in Ancient Greece where norma meant of great size.
